Day 13 is proving to me that i can do this.
we decided to walk to tescos (about 30mins on a good day) but got to the bus terminus at waterhead and gave up and got a bus to town, i was starving as not had any breakfast but i didn't give in and buy something!!! yay me!!!
then we walked down to sainsburys for a brew and to get some more of lifes essentials bread, mash, lentils, tinned tomatoes you know the things you eat every day (ok so maybe not the lentils!)
when we got home i had some plums and a pork butty (i have to admit it was on a white crusty roll!)
then i've made a giant pan of speed food soup, i confess i don't really like half the ingredients but everyone in class who's had it said its lovely so here's trying!!!
i hope we do like it cos it's make twice as much as i normally would for soup!!!

I'm sure it'll be OK, my consultants be talking about it for weeks and Dave was sat behind us this week (he's been away from class for over a month so not seen it before!) said i think i might know why its called speed food soup!! I'm pretty sure it will have some kind of effect lets hope its not too traumatic as taking some for dinner tomorrow!!!!
