I feel like i am going to get on track. been messing about again. BUT SW works!!! i know it does and I have a fab group and i love going, so April is behind me and May here i come!!!!

got a busy month but i want this so much!

ideally i need to lose 2.5lbs a week for the next 3 weeks to get to my 10% i would like to lose 8lbs to get me into that next stone bracket but i will not beat myself up if i don't get there!!!

A loss is a loss is a loss!!!

It's my B'day next thursday and going to see we will rock you next saturday and going to Skipton this weekend, but i don't need to blow it. i can be good, i can do this. i need to cut out the snack a jacks

gonna take this months photos and measure to see where i'm up to!!!

We're also booked in on the Flabélos powerplate machine again tomorrow, we're going to Bodyshop on lees road as they said they do a course of 28 sessions with no expiry date, gonna double check before i hand over my £30, but i really enjoyed it last time.

i measure before and after and i had lost and inch on my arms and ½in on by bust!!!! nothing anywhere else

but 10mins is meant to be the equivilant of a one hour run!!!! plus i'll be doing loads of walking again this weekend

last weekend i walked for over 12 miles on the Saturday and 5 miles on Sunday!!!! :)

Month In Reveiw.

well another month has passed, its not long off the hen do and really not long off the wedding, something like 12 weeks!!! eeeek!

I've just updated the side bars and with all my messing about i have only lost 1.5lbs this month!!!!!!! oh dear! need to pull my finger out and get back on it!

SO a busy few weeks!!! i'm sure there is more a lot more!!! but they arn't springing to mind at the moment!!!!

I think i may have my Focus back! Only maybe mind you!!!

I went to the Caravan in Skipton this weekend and i have walked my (not so) little legs off!!! i took my pedometer just to see how much walking i would do! i went for a 30 min walk on saturday morning but forgot to wear but but when i did put it on about 11AM (ish) until i went to bed it clocked up over 22,000 steps and said that that is = to 12 miles!!!!!! WOW really.

then today i've had it on and at the mo its showing 13797 steps or 6.72 miles!!!!! whit wooo

i'm hoping for a loss tomorrow.

i'm just loading skipton pics on to facebook as i type! was a nice weekend all in all had some cold moments but over all very pleasent and food was was pretty good just a small blip with fish and chips from bizzie lizzes and some larger on sat night but i had walked 12 miles so thats gotta make up for the badness!!! :D

I don't know

i thin k i may be in for another TOTM as i feel grotty and angry and irritable, i thought it was just tireness from working all day yesterday but i can't shake the feeling today.


i need to organise something for my b'day but i feel so not arsed about it, my b'day is always a let down, not had a good birthday for years. my birthday is too close to the bank holiday in may, and there are loads of peoples b'days around the same time.

i've said i want to go for a meal and have a night out but would prefer them to be on 2 seperate nights. one of my friends has suggested panama-hatties in manchester i've emailed my friends but not had a reply from any of them yet. so we will see. but i am loathed to organise something but cause people always cancel on me, i don't know if its just cos its me but every year we see to do more and more elaberate thibgs for peoples b'day then my b'day comes round and nada last year we went for a curry!!!! whit woo!!!

so we will see.


i went to see dancing on ice last thursday just trying to upload the pics to facebook!!!

it was really good but my mum had a bad reactionj to the smoke machines they use and had forgotten her inhalor we had to leave just as the 2nd half started so we didn't get to see the full show whihc i think we were all gutted about but the main thing is that she's feeling better.

it has really shaken me up. i phoned my dad in the interval to ask him to bring her an inhalor when he picked us up then when we came out i asked a |MEN yellow coat if they had any medics as she really frightened me. and i couldn't get hold of my dad he's not put the phone down so i kept getting voice mail and his mobbie was switched off, in the end i phoned my friends house who lives on my street and asked her dad to go to my house to get my dad to phone me, he must have thought i was a loon but i was so panicked i didn't know what else to do!!!

i keep having nightmares since!!! we're going to see we will rock u in may and i'm scared that the same thing might happen! we are planning to stay over i hope its just what the medic at the MEN said about the smoke over the ice causes a chemical reaction that can really affect some people!!!!

diet wise its been a good week, todays been the only bad day and its not really a bad bad day!!!

i really wan tto have lost 2.5lbs this week to get my 21lbs lost and a new charm for my bracelet. i bought it today. i know its a bit premature but i thought if i do get it i'll have to waitit til at least thursday to buy one!!! and true to my geeky nature i bought one called Twilight!!!!!! but it is lovely Black glass with white piping, i'll post a pic once i can officially add it to my bracelt my mums looking after it at the moment!!!! :D

RANT

1st day back at work

after 3 weeks off!!!! it was werid going back, somethings never change and somethings were better. But i am shattered and would like to say who ever numbered the streets of glasgow needs shooting!!! i had so many HEC calls wanting info on stuff in glasgow and they are all 1 1 xxx but some bright spark numbered half a street 1 1 xx 1/1 xx 1-1 xx!!! luckily half the hecs gave me MSNs but fingers crossed they all work out !!! haha sorry u haven't a clue what i'm on about

I work in the back office of a call centre but from now on, on a wednesday i will be working til 8pm which means i get to cover the phone lines from 5.30pm!!! lucky me!!! hehe we get internal calls and customer calls and now calls from the door to door sales agents who i must say have all been lovely, but to make sure they are signing up the correct people the ring us to check some info on the limited internet access we have!!!

but i am so tired now and i've only worked today this week!!! haha i'm off tomorrow and in friday and saturday!!! not worked a friday properly for nearlt 2 years. did work a couple of half day fridays when i nottingham but that was maily travelling so didn't count!!!

BUT tomorrow should be a good say, we've booked on a powerplate but think we're gonna cancel as we're off to see dancing on ice tomorrow night. and decided today we'd go down a bit earlier to have a look round and have some tea out! i'm looking forward to dancing on ice but scared of how high up we'll be sitting and need to find my camera!!!!!

The hen do of the year is becoming more complex.

one of my friends had decided we were gonna have a theme for travelling and its turned into chavsville! she had decided on velour Trackys, printed t-shirts sparkly trainers , grillz and shutter shades, which will all be funny if everyone joins in, but now half the people are pulling there faces and not happy to pay £30. i've stumped over the money, but don't want all that stuff if i doin't have too. plus we have to buy the tracky seperate. i got the tracky pants on monday from sainsburys but now i've kinda been told by the bride (whos not meant to know the theme) that she's gonna speak to the girl who's organising it and say t-shirts only, but i know that the shuttershades have already been bought!!!! well we will see, but now i can't find the recipt for these bloody velour trackys. i'll have to have a proper look for it tomorrow or at weekend, but knowing my look i'll rtn them and the theme will be back on!

also on the 1st night we're having a hollywood theme night all balck and white outfits, excpet i've also broke the rules and bought a black white and grey dress tis officially animal print, just spotted another dress on asda website that i love a one shoulder number!!! obviously wouldn't be allowed on the hen do as not black and white!!!! i hope i get away with my dress cos i love it!!!

Just looked at the image of my dress if i look half as nice as that model i'll be a happy bunny!!! thats if they let me play out that night!!! hehe but just to be on the safe side i'm only taking colourful stuff for the other days!!! hehe

still no idea what the weather will be like or what stuff we'll be doing!!!!!

This is to celebrate my 1st Stone!!!! I love this charm its the one that made me decide to get this type of Bracelet, and i hope my weight loss will be everlasting!

Creativity: My mum bought me this as a present from Holiday, but not bought on holiday!!! :D

again i love the colours. i showed it to my gran and she was gonna get me a charm bracelet for my b'day so now shes getting me some charms! i've given her a leaflet with all the ones i like circled and ones i don't like crossed out!!! i've told her to only get me one or 2 as really this is a weight loss bracelet. i might have to get another bracelet to seperate them out but as long as i know in my mind whats for what i'll be ok!!!!!

I can't believe i've been off work for 2 weeks already!!!

my mum and dad are back tonight and i need to clean the house, i have kind of tidied up but i need to do the little bits really, but i have no motivation. they cat has also taken up residence on my mums clean coat and is now so fluff covered think it will have to be binned!!!

i've had a massive sort out my friend took me to the tip and i got rid of 4 massive bags, i've also got 2 or three bags for the charity shop, i've decided to get rid of all my video's and tapes. i have a video recorder but its not been plugged in for years and we don't own a tape player!

I am also in love with Twilight, the books and the film!!!! i bought the film the other night and i've seen it about 4 times!!!

And although some of the film irratated me and some of the charatures are "wrong!" i loved James, he was almost perfect, and played by the lovely Cam Gigandet,who also played Volchok in the OC. yum yum yum!!!!!!


So i am eagally awaiting Twlight - New Moon being released which should be Nov 09!!!! i didn't like the book that much but i need another fix of Edward!!!!!!!!


I have also signed up to a new Challenge, called "Drop - a - Johnny" run by the lovely I82Much!!!! 4 teams i think and i am in Team Ichabod, must admit i had to google it but its Mr Depps character in Sleepy Hollow, not a film that i have seen as i'm a wimp but found this image and think its really cool!!!

well what an odd week. Been off work and not really been bad food wise just eating at odd times of day and always bread, bread!!!! mmm i <3 bread!!!!! ha


tomorrow (well technically today) i am going on a night out with a girl from school, she has packed a case to come and stay one night!!!!! madness!!! haha

but i have been frantically cleaning my room. down stairs isn't too bad and i finally cleaned the kitchen worktops kept putting it off, who knows why as took 2 squirts of bleach spray and about 5 seconds to do!!!!!

so my room well My god do i own a lot of stuff!!!!

i have a drawer full of just tighes! 2 drawers full of bras! and another wide drawer full of my wide drawers!!!! and socks!!! another drawer just full of Pjs!!!!! and i have loads for the charity shop! i also have loads of boxes in my room that need sorting but for now i just want my room so that the bed is clear and there is a path way to the bed! and almost there!!!! i really am. meeting her at some point tomorrow was trying to get her to get the bus all the way up here but she says she gets lost!!! all she has to do is stay on the bus to the end of the line the walk up the main road! but i'm gonna try and get up early!!! (haha the earliest i've been up all week is 11am) try and finish off up stairs run the hoover over down stairs move stuff off the stairs meet hel. go buy some new pegs from Home bargins!!! oh how glamourous my life is and at some point i need to hang out the washing thats in the machine!!!!!


sorry for another boring post just all keys up need to get it out of my system i should go and read for a bit but i am loving my book i keep reading till i fall asleep was 5am this morning!!!!

feeling cheered and motivated

well although i can't really see a change from the beginning to those horrible pictures i posted at least one of you can see a change!!!! so thank you for that boost! i measured as well and there is no change from last month but i am only measureing bust, waist and hips so it might have gone from somewhere else!!!!!, but it was with a different tape meausre!!! creature of habit that i am i will look for my tape measure and have another go! not sure it'll make any difference but i have to see just for my own peace of mind!!

was going to got for a walk to Harthead pike today but i ended up on the 5+ board and facebook, then i decided to wait for the washer to finish!!! ahhh the master at finding a distraction, but i did have a good blitz of my room!!!!

it naturally looks like a bomb has dropped i have way too much stuff, i seem to own more bras than Rigby and pellers warehouse!!! i only wear one at once so god knows why i own so many!!! and it not like anyone ever sees them!!! haha up to now i have 2 bags of clothes for the charity shop and 3 big bags of rubbish, i really need to get rid of em before my mum n dad get home but not sure where or how! may have to ask a mate if they will take me to the tip!!!!

i have been meaning to tidy it for ages but just couldn't face it, but my friend is coming to sleep on saturday night so it gave me a good motivational boost!!! well i strated last wed but only half heartdly and it got worse and worse and worse!!!! but its seems to be coming together i've found 100 upon 100s of odd socks i've chucked them all out onto the landing and am going to have a mad sorting session tomorrow!!! but now the clean and the dirty piles have all merged into one, i should re-wash it all but really can't be bothered. part of me thinks chuck it all out but i'm a hoarder!!!

my plan for tomorrow is:

- sort out everything thats on the landing
-sort clean and dirty back into appropriate plies
-pair socks and then all the odd ones bin! i have 2 bags of odd socks from my last sort out and if they don't become a pair now they never will!!!
-sort out bras i do not need 100 bras, i have about 8 sports bra's, sports bras me hahaha what a laugh, i did go to the gym but that ship has long saled and i don't really have enough boobage to warrent a sports bra playing samba de amigo on the wii!!!!

the it comes to the hard part sorting shoes and handbags!!! again i have enough to stock every TK Maxx in the country 100 times over heel and flats trainers, sandles u name it i own it (except crocs i do have a limit! :D)

and i'm gonna fit a walk in as well, i felt bad i didn't gop today but the moving of furnature and cleaning will have been almost as good!!! plus i turned down a night out so think of all the alcohol calories i have saved!!!

its getting late but i feel half an hour on samba coming on!!! plus i can't face the wii fit it keeps shouting at me for my lack of attendence!!!
