Happy Xmas one and all!!!!!

As another year draws to a close i have been looking back and yet again i have been unsucessful with weight loss

this year has been particulary depressing and miseraqble for me, i can't give reasons why, nithing inparticular has happended more a sucession of little things that have made me miserable


i'm hoping to have aun filled 2009, got a few things to look forward to but if anyone wants to buy me a gift a holiday for the last week of march / 1st week of april would go down a treat!!! :)

do i tell him now or later that i hate Adam Ant???!?!?!?!

lol he got me the CD of ref to my last pics where i am drunkenly posing to stand and deliver!!!! in my defence i was at an 80s night and S&D was number one the day i was born!!!!
BUT i am very greatful for the gift i love pressies!!!!!

Now if the Holiday gift is a bit over budget i will settle for lost in austen on DVD!!!!!!

As another week begins i've still not been good!!!

Well another week done and been trying to stay (ahem get on) track but not managed it very well!!!!


had my works Xmas do last night at The Willows in Salford. It was a really really good night!!!

Here is a picture of me and my 1st Tequila of the night!! i almost choked on it!!! but they got easier as the night went on!!!!!! The do was £35 which i though was quite dear, but it was worth it110%. we had a 3 course meal.

I had Prawn Platter
Roast Turkey (which i couldn't manage all of it!!! cam with 3 massive roast spuds, loads of turkey, stuffing, a cocktail sausage and we had veg to share!!) i at one and a bit spuds and about 2/3rds of the turkey!
then profita Rolls!! cam with 4 but managed 2 then mushed the other 2 up so they looked eaten!!!!

New Begginings ~ AGAIN!!

right once again i know i've saod this a million times but gonna get my butt in gear

made a start as of yesterday, hence the new pics

god i look miserable and truth be told it does reflect my mood!!!

also i haven't slopped i'd just spilt a drink down me didn't notice till after put pic on PC and couldn't be ared to re-take ot!!!!

week didn't get off to a great start

off sick on monday with the tooth the tooth from hell and the eye and the hand!!!!

2 hours at walk in centre

nice tuna salad lunch nice low point roast tea then much on bread bread bread

today was good at work then papa bear had made (bought) ribs!! to scared to point did quick guestimate and 10 points per half pack, not too bad then realised two packs in box as 2 flavours

13 points ish?!?!?! the potato wedges home made so only 2 points

actuallt not too bad a day well except the ham butty when i made tomorrows lunch!!!

its so easily done and not needed. i didn't need to eat my lunch beofre dinner time n buy a butty albeit a low fat one!!!

Decided as i can't trust the V expensive WW Bathroom scales , they have a mind of their own.

i'm gonna bite the bullet and WI at Boots each friday as at the mo its my day off.

i WI there on monday mainly cos i was bored waiting for my perscription to be dispenced

and i was 19,5lbs was quite a shock in a good way as thought i'd be more (and i was fully clotheed with shoes as u would expect with being in boots!!)

it alsi said i'm only 5' 4.9"!!!! eeek i'm 5'6" i always was

is being fat making me shorter???????????? gonna stand taller on friday and pray i wasn't stood straight enough!!!!

because is i am only 5'5 i'm gonna claim that 0.1 " then my BMI is 45!!!!! 45. 123Kgs!!! and my ww target weight would ve 10st 10lbs!!! lol n i thought 11st 1lb was un-achiveable!!!! maybe if i lose enough weight i will really be 6'4"!!!!!!!

i am defo short for my weight and literally now!!!!

Dentist

Finally had my root canal filling done today!!! oh was a odd sensation!!!!!!!

My dentist was running late so another dentist did my injection. she was really nice, gave me some numbing gel before she injected me. had about 6-8 injections in my gun n roof of mouth ouchy!!!

the pain went straight to my sore eye. which has now gone worse!!

when i got in the dentish chair, he stretched this odd purple plastic sheet over my mouth to isolate the tooth was such an odd sensation, while he was sorting it out it was over mu nose and i was having odd almost hallusinations!!! but only for a couple of mins!!!

The actual treatment althiugh quite scary was no where near as bad as i expected, but after i was all weak n shaky!!!

My mum had wanted to go in Bolton but i was really bad so we came straight home, at home i felt a bit better had some food cos i was starving but don't think it was a good idea as caused more pain than i was in. am doped up on pain killers but not sure they are a good idea on limited food as i now have a dodgy belly!!!!!

am meant to be in work tomorrow, L sent me a message saying she'd go mad if i phoned in sick tomorrow, but i really can not face 10 hours with this pain!!!!

Even though work is pretty crummy at the mo i've had a really good day. Had a little chat with the Boss J S-M and we're having a three hour meeting on Monday to discuss my workload. Pretty sure i'll be put on an Action Plan. its not a good thing, but i need him to understand that i am not supergirl, and i do not know half the things he thinks i do!!! Had quite a productive day really. Even if it didn't finish the Elexon Spready. i managed to find time (took 3 hours n J S-M doesn't realise this!!!) to sort out my Master Spready. but now instead of 15 tabs i have 2!!!
sad talking about work on my blog, but who else can i talk to about it!!!!

Anyway WW Wise i really like this cartoon <- pass me the Gun!!!!! Food today: B- 1 slice of cheese toast, 2 slices of normal toast S - Cereal Bar D - Cornbeef butty, Grapes S - grapes n a fruit box T - Chicken, oven chips, coleslaw n gravy (mas combo i know and papa's idea!!) S - Toast!!! Discovered Sainsburys BGTY cereal bars 1 point!!!!! Tesco Finest brown bread really chunky slices and 1.5 points each!! we've bought sainsburys own baked bread today and its nice but has no NVs!!!

Another thing i want to blog is about me and my head.

and what a mixed up head i have.

Why am i such a moron?!

when someone like me (like that) and i like them a bit but not much, i let them get on my nerves and i'm not mean to them but i have no time or patience for them!

but when there is someone i like (like that) and he is a mate and there could possibily be something there one day (a big maybe!?!?!) i find my self all giddy n girlie, why can not i like someone who likes me for me and not hanker after someone who is potentially out of my reach (and league).

is it so wrong to want to be wanted by someone i want?

i've been thinking of that allday and couldn't think how to word it and it just popped out!!! its quite a carrie bradshaw question. but its the truth!!

what is at the crux of my problem is my insecurites, my inability to trust a man, i think that any man (on a night out) is talking to me for a joke, pull the fat/ugly bird contest and i put up this brick wall, that is iron clad with a top coat of titanuim. even the sharoest of cupids arrow will not penitrate its hardened shell!!!!

i think when i've lost weight it'll be differnt, but i'm not so sure it will be.

Manchester

I love Manchester City Centre so much!!! I hate the crowds but it is such a pretty place.

No may people may not agree when you look at the purpose built arndale, but if you stop n look at the buildings like Primark, Debenhams, the triangle and the catherdal they are beautiful.

i even like Urbis n city 1.

i went on the big wheel again today and although i am scared of heights the view is amazing!!!

I really like this one from Wallis but it only goes up to a size 20s n not sure if that will fit, on the website they only have up to a 16s in stock and in the one in town only got an 18s!!! and gutted cos its only £35 with 20% off so not bad for a posh frock!!!!

went to have a look in Evans after one of the ladies on 5+ works in one and said they have a lot of fashionable stuff in, well think they skippped my one!!! its all crimaline and polyester tat!!! £70 for a dress thats just to frilly n flowncy. i did see a couple of pretty dresses but my boobs are too small n my belly to big!!!! acres of fabric spare in the old boob area but need extra round the middle!!!! found an ok top but its elasticated round the bottom not a good look on me!!!!

Once again i fell off the Wagin with a rather loud thud leaving an enormous dent in the tarmac beneath me!!!!!

it's my works Xmas do in 2 weeks on Friday and i am the biggest one going, the 2 other girls around my age who are going are both slim pretty and men like them (they also have BFs) but they are planning this pamper day not that i wanna join in but getting spray tans so their slinky dresses look even better than they would do now!!!! (i spy green eyed monster!!!)

i'm off to the Army Navy stores for a Tent to wear!!! i normally don't get hung up about what i look like, i am so used to being the fat friend i even don't mind showing the tops of my arms but thus xmas i feel differnt.

looking on the boards at people who started their diets in Jan when i originally re-started for the millionth time i see how far they have come and that green eyed monster rears its little head again!!!!

last weekend i went out n saw Scott from 5ive at my local club, he was fab!!!!

i was sticking to points really well yesterday till i got home from work when the pig inside me came out!!! and i've done the same tonight after my tea i had 4 points left so had a nutrigrain soft oat cookie which i think is 2points

THEN i had a blackcurrent danish pasrty !!! ops must be at least 100 points!!!!!!

well i am home from spain whiter than when i went thanks tehe storms and rain, but given that i still had a fantastic time!!!

the aprtment was lush and had an amazing roof terrace with a BBQ area and an outdoor shower.

on the 1st proper day we had a paddle pool to sit in as it was miles (2 mins) to the pool

day 2 we went to the beach and i even went in the sea twice!!!! i have photographic eveidence but not brave enough to inflict that on you all just yet!!!!

Its been a while

any hooo i have had a shite week but when i weighed in this morning i appear to have lost 7lbs!!! woooo i did best of three and all three said the same!!!!

Went to see Our Fred

well not really my mum had the dentist on friday and as our dentist is in bolton we decided to go round the shops there and i found a statue of Fred Dhibnar (SP)

we had a brew and sat outside café Nero which is next to the statue and while i was inside getting the drinks my mum heard a couple of blokes walking past say awww its our Fred god bless i=his soul dead serious, its nice to see locals have respect for local heros

My mum got a SW mag at tescos tonight and i've not ready properly it had a bloke who's lost 24st in 2 years and an 11 yr old girl whos lost 5 stone in a yr!!!!


i've had a go with SW before and it didn't work out as my dad didn't get the idea of meat or veg but now i know that u can use Quorn on green days i will be fine, could live off quorn, spuds, green bens and strawberries!!!!

i'm just watching a programme about 9/11 hotel and it makes me feel so sad and angry and i keep crying.

such a waste of so many lives,

i can't believe its 7 years since the day it happened.

iits one of those things that you would always know where u where when u found out

i was at work, on a call to a customer when the customer when OMG and said but it was a very odd customer so i didn't beleive them, then one of my colleagues came in a told us, but again he was a joker and no-one beleived him... i remeber everyone trying to call people they knew who was at home to see if they had heard anything

then there was an announcemnt as at the time they did an announcment to say our colleagues in the states where all safe as far as they knew.

at the time we were owned by TXU energy the american power supplier that has since gone bust, i can't be sure where out US offices where but it was an awful feeling knowing what had happend even though i didn't know anyone directly involved, its impossible to imagine what it must have been like for those people who had family and friends involved in the incident.

today we went out for a meal at the great western Inn which is in marsden.


its really nice, massive portions i couldn't manage all my main course but did have a desert cos it was 2 courses for £9.95!!!!
