weigh in T minus 2.5hours

feeling nervoud about wi, my scales is showing a loss at the moment but you never know what might happen by 7pm tonight!

Also discovered Tesco Light Choices salad cream is less calouries than Heinz extra light salad cream (and 90p cheaper a bottle) (all tescos is on 2 for £1.80 where heinz is £1.95 a bottle) its a BARGIN and really nice.









I have had a day of bread so far which isn't good  but i've enjoyed every slice.

i had a bacon butty on whole meal bread for brealfast and then. tuna sweetcorn and cucumber on granery for my lunch / tea (going to Slimming world at 7pm so needed to have something to keep me going until after class)

I also got a fab necklace watch today. i've wanted one for a while, and i did see one in dorethy perkins a few weeks back it was very plain and not quite right. Then this afternnon on the way back to the carpark my mum diverted in to River Island and because i am too fat to buy clothes in there i went to look at jewlery and saw the prettiest necklace it was £12.99 and i though ouch thats a bit much as i turned it over because i thought it was a locket i discovered it is a watch!!!  i had to have it!!!
