worked til 8pm its taken it out of me! having a day with a friend tomorrow cinema or ikea or both.
diet = thumbs down today been cold , tired or miserable = bad food.
tomorrow is a new day!

Cinema OR IKEA? Well it's the cinema, obviously. I struggle to believe that you can't decide between the latest Hollywood blockbuster, and a flat-pack :p
Only go to IKEA if you have time for both :)
