On the 5+ board on WW tonight one of the girls put on a message about finding an old "fat" photo of herself well this is my most horrendous pic that i can find!!!!
and found by accident, was looking for dodgy pics of Mama to stick up at work for her birthday and found this pic from when i graduated my PGCE summer '06. i almost cried when i saw it... and did a few mins after. not cos of this pic but cos it was with the old photo albums with pics of me being 0-5 and i was soooooo skinny arms like twigs and i looked at the difference and wonder how in 20 years i went from that to this!!! Thank God some of this weight is off. i was just gonna put this on for a short while but i think i needs to stay on as a reminder of where i have been and where not to go again!!!
after i came back home i did re-join ww for about 6 months and lost 23lbs, but had to stop going cos of work shifts and put all the weight bar 6.5lbs back on!!
still i never want to go back there again!!!
