I have a dentist appointment at 13.40 tomorrow!!! i had my 1st appointment for 10 years a few weeks ago and i know i need a lot doing!!! but i need to bite the bullet and get it over and done with!!!
tomorrow is a 40 min appointment as i still have 2 pieces of my fixed brace attached to my teeth and they have to be ground off before the dentist can do x-rays and find out the true state of my teeth!!!!

hindsight is such a wonderful thing!!!!!!
i am sooooooooooooooooooooooooo scared, part of me things to cancel the appointment and just wait till all my teeth fall out!!!
but no i can't do that part of my 2008 plan is to face my fears as well as shift a bulk of this excess weight!!!!
fears to face include the dentist and driving instructor!!!!!
i need to book some lessons, but still too scared!!!!! wish i could win the lottery and get a chauffeur !!!
