Pic: My Drawing on Old Orleans Table cloth 02/02/08Well i survived my night out in Manchester, mainly thnaks to chronic indigestion!!!
On the way in to Manchester my friend declared she had changed her mind and now wanted a Steak ( hmmm hadn't i ordered a steak???) and she wanted to phone the restaurant and change her order ( oh look i have forgotten my mobile!!!! surprise surprise!!!) so i said i would swap meals with her for peace and quiet... we'd had to order the food over a week ago!! but i said she'd have to get them to up the cooking (I'd ordered rare - she likes burnt) it was quite nice 2 pieces of chicken in a weird coating, not batter nor bread crumbs I'm not sure what it was but it was ok... apart from the indigestion thank god mum (aka birthday girl) (" look I'm not mum" ....(2 mins later) "what do you want to drink?" "well I've had vodka all night so i'd best not mix my drinks" !!!!!!!!!!!!!) had some remagel with her!!!
i felt quite bad really cos i said i'd stay out in Manchester cos i though loads of people would be staying down, but the weren't the usual girlie's where all getting the last train home due to hang overs, so i was staying i was going then i was staying again... but i decided to go in the end!!!
so my birthday girl i am so sorry i left!
i had a sneeky weigh this morning and i've lost 2lbs!!! wooohoo, so i have decided that i am going to change my WI day to sunday. just make it easier so that i can update my logs and stuff straigh away rather than having to wait til i come home from work
