left my diary down stairsso not exactly sure what i have had but i have stuck to syns, had at least 8 portions of fruit and veg, had lots of water and walked to tesco at lunch to buy veg (red peppers 20p) )tesco at horwich don't know if on at all tescos!
My friend said she had a good day, so over all i am a happy bunny!
