Work is pants simple as they are expecting more and more from us sales/ we have debit card payment targets (we're a back office team we have limited interaction with customers!) we are changing to front office telephony work in the near future. our office in Rayleigh is shutting on Friday, we've had to pick this week how we want our pay cuts (not at all please!) they want us to pick rubbish shift, then they offer us 2 hours off to watch the England Game tomorrow but we have to make it up at some point this week no flexibility for people on holiday the rest of the week! i didn't ask for any time as i have managed a whole 32mins of England's matches so far this world cup plus I'm working til 8pm and with the strict alcohol policy its not even like i could go to the pub over the road and get pissed as I'd have to go back and do my phone cover from 5pm!!! OK rant over!!!
I've had someone ask me what SW stands for, its Slimming World. its the plan i follow and i love it. it have been the best "Diet" I've ever done. I've stuck at it for 18 months I've lost 3.5stone. i feel better, i have a lovely class and a great consultant.
Many people may remember the plan from years ago and most know it as RED and GREEN Days BUT now there are ORANGE Days.
RED : You can have:
- 2 Healthy Extra A (HxA) - calcium portions a day (such as 350ml skimmed milk, 28g cheese or 42g of low fat cheese)
- 2 Healthy Extra B (HxB)- fiber choices ( such as 2 slices of wholemeal bread from 400g loaf or 28g of cereal such as special K/ or a portion of pasta potatoes all measured not got the book to had for weight example but a small portion)
- Unlimited free food (i call it neutral food ie free on all plans) such as low fat cottage cheese, eggs, zero fat yogurts such as Muller lights (don't fall for marks and Spencer's zero fat yogurt!)
- Unlimited super free food which is fruit and veg (not sweet corn, baked beans, spaghetti or potatoes)
- Then unlimited Lean meat / fish with all visible skin removed and fat trimmed (including bacon, chicken, beef, lamb, etc)
- 5-15 syns (syns stands for synergy) and these are basically treats, syn values seem quite high when you start doing to at 1st but you soon get use to it and it helps to get you off snacky snacks and on to fruit and veg snacks

the best way to get all the info is to join a class or go on line and have a look.
In answer to the question what i did this week, was stick to it 83% (just a guess) i did have a couple of slip ups along the way (3 bags of McCoys on one night springs to mind) i do very little exercise i need to start doing more but due to my hours at work i don't find the time, but i am trying to do more walking.

Thanks Steph, that was really helpful. I've been considering switching from WW to SW as I'm stuck so I will maybe go along to a class and see whether it will work for me, I am too stuck in the WW mindset!
