AKA Volcanic Ash Victim - flight was due out at 13:05, delayed til 14:10... but when it was saying gate open in 30 mins it then flashed up a message saying next update 3pm (hmmm very suspicious) then at 14:15 they made the announcement that our flight and one to tenneriff was canx as our planes were grounded in spain and they had no other planes avaliable. we all had to rtn stuff to the duty free show then go through imigration (have our passports checked!) and go through baggage re-claim then customs!!!! madness.... THEN we had to q up at customer service, well as there were 2 flights canx and over 600 people q'ing the messages that were coming back was we could have a refund or re-book for wed but we had to do it on line so we left the q as after 40mins we'd not moved up even one place. so we are at home, we've tried to canx todays flight but it won't let up we have to phone up but customer service is closed. we've rebooked an outbound flight for tomorrow as we don't want to wait til wednesday but we arn't sure if our in-bound flight is still ok, the website makes no sense.

i feel stressed and i want to try, but its not worth it.
