well another month has passed, its not long off the hen do and really not long off the wedding, something like 12 weeks!!! eeeek!
I've just updated the side bars and with all my messing about i have only lost 1.5lbs this month!!!!!!! oh dear! need to pull my finger out and get back on it!

1st Bank holiday weekend in May ~ Skipton Waterways Festival know i have at least one meal out but I will be doing loads of walking so that may help to nutralise that

SO a busy few weeks!!! i'm sure there is more a lot more!!! but they arn't springing to mind at the moment!!!!
looking forward to most of it! Thinking we struck gold with out outfits for beer walk because just checked the website and this years theme is the great escape!!!! genious!!! :)
