oh how formal! how is everyone? good i hope? i've been on track again today!

Lunch Ainsley Harriot Cous Cous with Cucumber, tomato, chicken and ham ½syns (8½ syns)

Tea Fish chips and Mushy Peas. 2.5syns (10 syns)

So simple to make, SW chips and mushy peas cook as normal.
Fish is just Tesco own brand frozen fish (2 bags for £5) defrosted.
3 slices of nimble toasted and left to go cold
Once cold break up and put in a whizzy chopper (food processor) with mixed herbs, chilli flakes and black pepper. whizz till fine crumbs.

dip the fish in the egg then coat with crumbs

cook in the oven on a tin folil lined tray for about 30 mins or till cooked .
The bread crumb mix usually covers 4  fish works out about 2.5syns per fish
 ENJOY.

Supper Ham muffin HxB + 4 syns (14syns)

On tuesday night i went to see West is West, it was really good slightly mard by a group of teenagers being loud and obnoxious, a lot of the film is in Punjabi and then they were talking really loudly in what i assume was Punjabi (it sounded similar) a bloke at the back told them to shut up then they started they started he "sound like george u bloody bastard" (like in the film) people were going shhhh in the end someone went out to get cinema staff and they came in an confiscated a load of booze, at the end the majority of the screen complained and in the end they said we could have refund,(aka a free ticken to a 2D film) i went with 4 friends 2 paid 2 had cineworld cards but we all queued up they said 2 of us couldn't have anything which i fully expected, my friend went mad and got us the tickets after i told her to leave it and i'll just cancel my card! tee hee hee! me and my mum are gonna go see the kings speech if its still on!

i have caught on to the Barry M cracked nail glaze trend and after a rocky unsure start i love it!

 We have work men in as we are taking over 2 extra floors of the building and they have protective flooring in the main areas they are working but not in our office and the work men keep popping up, think they just like making foot prints when there is no snow!

 The Opera house is on the same street as i work and Ghost is coming soon, not sure if i will be seeing it, but i love this building.

I'm defo off to Solihull for 2 days next week, when i was looking for hotels today i found one with a pool and a gym but thought nar i can't book that, my manager found me a grotty looking Premier Inn (it might just be a bad photo) but as i didn't have my bank card on me when i got home there was no rooms left so for an extra tenner i've booked a better hotel, only booked for 1 night hope that was right, the train has cost me a fortune as well, i hope i can claim it back! we shall see!!!
