Sorry for another absence - you guessed right i was off the wagon!

But here i am reporting for duty again.

Diet wise i'm still FAT! but not miserable. yes i am still over my current lowest weight but hey ho - worse things happen at sea!

As of WI monday i am at 16stone 8lbs (232lbs)  i'm 2lbs away from 50lbs loss (3stone 8lbs) i'd really like to get that this week.

Last monday i lost 4lbs - not quite sure how, all i can think of is that this morning Mama nature arrived with a little gift and i wasn't wrapped in a red box with a bow like the tv ads show! Also another lie of TV ads they always say you feel really hot at that time of the month but i'm the opposite very very cold!!!!

Speaking of TV has anyone else noticed when ever they record (i have recordable freeview) on Channel 4 there is always an episode of friends going off!
