I have been faffing about with this slimmingworld lark for too long, wasting money to get told what i already know i'm fat and i've gained again!
No more i am going to start losing weight again make those £4.95s count for something.
today as i was making lunch i decided i am going to have to do something to help me get back on track, i've been off it for so long getting back is really hard and i have given myself 2 choices
1) on an Extra East day have 2 HxBs
or
2) have upto 20 syns a day instead of 15!
i waste syns on bread so i thought if i allowed myself the extra it might help.
think i might alternate between these 2 for a couple of weeks.
Since i typed the above i did post but realised i didn't comment on any of the pics so now it's friday and instead of a new post i'll carry on with this one.

about 5 mins after the storm, we walked down the side of a shop and came to this, its really pretty but what you don't see is that this is were the homeless (looking folk) with their tinnes like to congregate #scary!
Walking back down the main road in Arrecife i decided to go all classy and do some B&W shots

The most annoying German for a long time - the woman modelling the plastic bag over the sun hat- yes it had been raining but she was a cow bag! we were waiting for a bus in Purto del Carmen and she got of a local bus then pushed her way to be at the front of the bus we were getting on, the annoying this was she only went two bloody stops (and the bus wasn't going were we wanted but we got on any way!)
I love this, don't know what it says and i hope its not offensive
The 1st time we went to Arrecife we can across this street the next time we couldn't find it - doh the link together so close but so far! i love this tree the flowers don't look real
Cake we didn't have but took a pic as my mother said it had her name on it, even with a slightly different spelling!
The cutest beach on Lanzarote - go to the kings house and turn right, go under the underpass and Voila!

Fridays Update
I had my second interview today, the 1st one was before my holiday and i got a phone call earlier to say the have made me an offer, its about £500 less than i wanted so the recruitment company are gonna ask for more, but i will still take it even of they don't up the offer - or reject the offer of employment. ! eeeekk 1st new job in 10 years how scary is that!
After the interview i went for Fish Pedicure #3 i love em! was quite funny as my mum was drying her feet she managed to knock her sock in the tank Ops! we had to "fish" it out and she stuck it in her pocket, my cousin has put on facebook to make sure no fish are in it but will leave that to Papa in the AM.
Shhhh Nandos! (i call it Nan-dos not Nando's after the episode of 2 pints of larger and a packet of crisps where Janet says she's going to Nan-dos for a posh meal!)
It was bloody good and we even had a Naughty Nata BIG SHHHHHHHHHHHHH

Tomorrow i'm gonna have a 100% day so today hasn't been brill but hey ho i potentially have a job!
