I'm still alive i haven't drowned despite the hosepipe ban and the dreadful rain that has followed since North West Water declared the ban.

I've been bad really really bad.

TOTM has finally hit ater about 3 week buold up (TMI Sorry) feel in control i gain 3.5lsb last week but i have now lost that

hope to lose 2.5lbs this week then i'm back to where i was but craving food any food

as Puss would say "feed me if you dare!"
