I think i like it!

The Diet is still on track!!!! whit wooo, i am feeling very much in control and i think i like it!!! Its that thanks crunchie feeling without the chocolate and the rollercoaster!

I survived another fat friday, thats 3 in a row. today it was boxes of tesco chocolates that the section manager of the Billing contingency team had bought us to say thank you for putting up with them. I even took the offered box, looked at them and though NO i don't want one - and i was glad cos one of the girls said they are ok but have a bit of an odd after taste!!! EWWWWW!!! LOL

I went to the dentist on Thursday and i don't have to have anything done!!! wooo hooo!!!! i am such a scardy cat i was shaking and could hardly walk down the stairs to get back to reception you'd think she'd just told me i had to have all my teeth ripped out i was that bad!!! WIMP!!!

BUT a trip to the dentist means that we get a trip into Bolton centre. i know when you live in  place you get used to it and think its boring but maybe its cos i don't live there i love it. so many more shops than oldham and i got some fab new shoes from TK Maxx. £7.99 instead of RRP £34.99. i'm not sure if you an see the pics as i've had to post it as a web link from my facebook as i can' seem to load the pictures!!! I love the soles its seems a shame to walk on them. Mine are on the left (the black ones!)

Also on Thursday because of TESCOS 20% off event i got 2 tops that i have been looking at for a while, a bue animal print top and a grey new city rock print on the front. i bought 20s but when i tried the on they were tooo big!!! and plenty too big!!! Yippeeee i've chqnged the blue one for and 18s that fits nicely but the other one in 18s was still too big round the arms but just ok over the belly so i left that one!!! Its a lovely feeling when stuff is too big!!!

Just before Xmas i bought a blue dress from Sainsburys with the intention of wearing it on Xmas Eve when i wet out for a family meal but it was too small. BUT i love it so much i decided to keep it as it'll be ok for holidays!!

I tried it on last night and it almost fits!!!!

I think it looks ok from the front but still too tight across the back. I wouldn't wear it on its own but didn't look right with the grey -  sizes too big tracky bottoms i had on before the dress went on!!! 7 WIs til holiday and fingers crossed it will fit properly!!! You would think that having 3 holidays booked ofr this year would make me focus on losing weight, well it has and its hasn't. BUT what has spurred me on its My friends sister Emma recently had a baby and i got an invite to the Christening. its not til september (aprox 25 weeks) it'll be the 1st time i've seen zoe for about a year if not longer and i really want her to notice the differnce (not just her but all the people who will bethere that i know ) and i know i will be far far happier.

the other night i was looking at my SW certificates and i realised it look me 6 months to lose 2 stone then another 6 months to lose half a stone!!! the reason i had a goal SP (no SKs ) wedding now i have a purpose Luca's Christening!!!!
I know i shouldn't but the sneaky peeks seem to be going in the right direction!!!


I'm not under tall....

This was the title of a blog i saw and you know that even at 6'8 i'd be over weight!!!! I couldn't find out how tall i'd need to be to be in the healthy range and just think it'd be even taller at my start weight!!!!! And love garfeild, i have a strange affinity too him, i think i might be him exept i don't lurve lasngane (and i don't think i can spell it!)

At the beggining of April, my work are starting a Pedometer challange in a bid to get us all fit. i dug mine out and its amazing how far i walk with out even trying today i've walked about 4 KMs!!!!

10,000 is what we need to walk to stay healthy and i've achived thios over past 2 days all together this week (Since Monday) i've walked about 16 KM without even trying!!!!

Tonight i was going to a 30th Birthday party from someone at work, becasue we don't finish work till 6pm we decided to go to the Havester for tea. But but mum had the foresight to look on the website for a menu and found the NVs SHOCKING!!!! http://www.harvester.co.uk/nutritional-information.html .SO we went to Nandos instead and i'm really glad as i enjoyed every second of it!!! and wasn't too bad syn wise. we had chicken platter with sweet potato mash and spicy rice!!!! :)
