Tammiflu to the rescue......

What does Tammiflu do? i've heard that its the medicine to help get better when having swine flu, i've heard it should be taken before developing as its a vacine so you don't get it, i've heard that it actually does nothing (i smell placeabo)

someone at work phone in today to say he has swine flu, but he thought he'd already had it (a visit to scotland when it 1st broke out) he has the lowest immune system of anyone i know and gets everything going but then again the symptoms = a lot of other problems.

i've got a sore throat and earache and itchy eyes i think its hay fever but people laugh cos its wet and miserable but the pollen count near work doesn't seem to have dropped!

i have to stay well til friday at least, the wedding i've been going on about for 12 months + is finally here.
i'm no where near as light as i wanted to be but i am at my equal lightest to when i did WW.

i will; be wearing a size 20 dress. was aiming for an 18s but no point being squeezed into something too small!!!

feel a bit disapointed inmy self that i am not at my club 10 but only have myself to blame, i want to be as good as i can all week so i can enjoy the wedding without worrying, as my mum pointed out its only 1 day!!!
This is me in the dress in debenhams changing rooms not a brill shot so i hope it looks much nicer on the day!and i still hate that frill!!!

i've booked into have my eyebrows done on thursday and booked a blow wave as the hair dresser calls it, i quite fancy an updo but i think my hair down will be more flattering, i've also asked if they will attach my fastenater, its just on a sildy comb and whenever i do it i transpost my now self back to 1987.

Tamiflu is an antiviral which means it blocks the spread of a virus.. A vaccination works in a different way, but are similar in the way they act.

If you think it is hayfever you have, try finding some locally produced honey & take a tablespoon a day.. Because honey is essentially pollen, your body creates antibodies & it helps reduce the allergic attack.. I have used it for years & it works wondefully x

You look fab by the way :D

Keep up the good work x
