Well i ventured back into the pool today!! me and my friend went to an Aqua Aerobics class. i really enjoyed it apart from being 60 yrs younger than the oldest person there... the avergae age was about 60 and that was only brought down cos we were there!!! LOL
we're gonna start going every other week, when we have the same RDO!!! need to get back into going to the gym... i love it when i'm there its just getting me there!!!!
i am also looking forward to weigh in!!! roll on Monday!!!! (sad!)
