well i am home from spain whiter than when i went thanks tehe storms and rain, but given that i still had a fantastic time!!!
the aprtment was lush and had an amazing roof terrace with a BBQ area and an outdoor shower.
on the 1st proper day we had a paddle pool to sit in as it was miles (2 mins) to the pool
day 2 we went to the beach and i even went in the sea twice!!!! i have photographic eveidence but not brave enough to inflict that on you all just yet!!!!
i need to add all my pics to facebook and my herspace myspace blog which is now HSMSHisspace!!! woo
haha
i am proud to announce that i will be back on the ww wagon from tomorrow. butt will finally be in gear!!!!

Its been a while
Hola fellow bloggers once again i've not been a good ww'er and once again i have negelcted my blog.
any hooo i have had a shite week but when i weighed in this morning i appear to have lost 7lbs!!! woooo i did best of three and all three said the same!!!!
so the results for the past 5 weeks
beautifulbats chaI joined the Beautiful Bats challenge
with the hope of much nneed inspiration, but since i joined my lap top died and i have been busy at work

That piece of cake I saved is near;

A day of shopping, off we go;

contemplating a trip to the darkside
AKA Slimming World.
I <3 WW and i know it works but i'm just not motivated by it, but not wantitng give up.
My mum got a SW mag at tescos tonight and i've not ready properly it had a bloke who's lost 24st in 2 years and an 11 yr old girl whos lost 5 stone in a yr!!!!
i've had a go with SW before and it didn't work out as my dad didn't get the idea of meat or veg but now i know that u can use Quorn on green days i will be fine, could live off quorn, spuds, green bens and strawberries!!!!
haha i'm gonna have a mooch round there web page
still gonna use the boards and keep my feet in the ww door
i'm just watching a programme about 9/11 hotel and it makes me feel so sad and angry and i keep crying.
such a waste of so many lives,
i can't believe its 7 years since the day it happened.

i was at work, on a call to a customer when the customer when OMG and said but it was a very odd customer so i didn't beleive them, then one of my colleagues came in a told us, but again he was a joker and no-one beleived him... i remeber everyone trying to call people they knew who was at home to see if they had heard anything
then there was an announcemnt as at the time they did an announcment to say our colleagues in the states where all safe as far as they knew.
at the time we were owned by TXU energy the american power supplier that has since gone bust, i can't be sure where out US offices where but it was an awful feeling knowing what had happend even though i didn't know anyone directly involved, its impossible to imagine what it must have been like for those people who had family and friends involved in the incident.

Hi all thanks for stopping by.
having a feeling sorry for myself day but the girls from the board have kinda pulled me through it.
Yesterday my Grandad was 80:
here is the cake we bought him from Costco
was very nice and enormous!!!!
today we went out for a meal at the great western Inn which is in marsden.
its really nice, massive portions i couldn't manage all my main course but did have a desert cos it was 2 courses for £9.95!!!!
i know i know i shouldn't have and wasn't even that nice

Mum made me take the pic as this beer is defo 100 years older than she is!!! she's a geek!!!

10 Months 27 Days 0 Hours 10 mins 20 seconds
Till the day my friend gets married or as i like to call it the End.
i need to get over myself and be positve but u know when sometimes all u can think is negative thoughts
tonight i decided to google some love quotes as she loves quotes and i thought i could pop one inside her wedding card, i'm a planner what can i say
the 1st page i found was all cinical and depressing
like the end of life is marriage thats not a direct quote but u get the drift
found some lovely ones, but got me thinking i've never heard her say she loves him, and to be honest the engagement came as a shock don't know how to act around them, mnakes me feel pissed off that i don't know how to act around a girl i've been friends with since Imps, Elves and pixie days (aka brownies) really close mates since we were abotu 13 and why am i not normal, why do i not have a fella, why oh why oh why
OMG i'm a self pitying cow can someone please shut me up
i have decidede to give the wendie plan ago,, i've not pointed for months and the rate i'm going i will be in size 22 wedding wear and i wanna be in a 16s 18s at a push
i have also canx my gym membership.its a waste of money and it was going up by a whole £1.95 oer month scandalous!!!
need to dig out the wii fit and play on that!!

Sunday Night
evening campers what another lovely sunday evening ti is, please excuse ym spelling as i am using a new wireless key board and am sat on the floor near the poc as my mama is on my lap top and i can't fdind a chair to use with the pc, Oh hang on i'll go n get the ikea stool.
My dad has bought a new desk for the CP to go on and it is huge i mean huge it makes the welsh dresser look tiny. will put pics up tomorrow or later, anyway it is a lovely desk but cos he's had to decorate before the desk could be put up the dining room is in more disaray than ususal!!! all 6 of the dinig chairs have stuff piled up on them, so i was stilling on the floor but couldn't see the screen, but i'm happily installed on my £4 ikea stool that we use for hair dying!!!
my weight loss was 0.5lbs this week, which i am most please about, i have still been messing about n not pointing and cosd i had such a messy weekend i wouldn't have been supprised if i'd gained!!!
we have booked a holiday to murcia for a week, just me mum n dad going, i know i am a bit old to still go away with my mum n dad but with the lasck of a partner or mates to go with this year i thought why not!!!
we are going to a lovely looking apartment booked through owners direct and the chap who owns it seems nice and efficient he rang us as soon as we sent the email enquiry and emailed the detailsa s promised!!!
i'm looking forward to it. will need to be effecient with my packing as we only have carry on bags!!! but i'm sure if i'm sensible (and dress like heidi on the day of trasvelling!!) i can get away with waht i need to take. the aprtment has a washer n dryer so i can take 2 of everything and keep washing it!!!
the place looks really nice and there are mud baths so am defo wanting to go there and shove my fractured paw in the mud, western doctords still haven't fixed it so what half can a bit of good old fashined mud do?!?!?!?!?!

The curous incident of the kitty in the night time
This i am afriad is a cut n paste jobbie from my other blog, but is quite funny so here it is again!!!
Recently we had a brand new leather suite and new cushions, my mum said she won't get one till the cat had passed into the other world but at only 10 yrs ols (how we have not broke her is a mirical!) she is showing no signs of popping her furry clogs, so Mama mia decided to get one anyway (a new suite that is incase u are lost!) and decided that cat would not be allowed into the front room unsupervised!!! Haha any cat owners will know there is no way u can tell a cat what to do!!!
it started off so well cat was shut in kitchen and dining room (with cat flap access) when we where out and at night, but dear old kitty anne has started sleeping behind the sofa and not budging at bed time so u have no choice but to leave her un-supervised unless u famcy a mad half hour of chasing her round!!!
well anyway i ramble as i am drunk
i got home tonight at 1am, been to a pub with my mates (thats a story for another time!) when i opened the door to the front room i could sense something was differnt, when i looked the cat was lied on top of a new cushion on the new sofa!!! haha OMG i have found her in a similar postion before, i didn't dare mover her as i thought cat clawes new leather suite could be a bad / dangerous combination!!! so i wipped out the camer and took a few snaps!!!
i have also changed the desk top pic on my mums area of the computer incase i forget about the curoius incident of the naughty kitty in the night time. !!!!

A Bit about my journey
my weight loss at times is a bit of a non -runner, but i really need to get back on board the wagon sarahs wedding is 11 months away n at the rate i'm going will be still in a size 22. even if i have to wear a size 18 to the wedding it will be so much better than where i am now, saying that i have just eaten a chicken kebab n a portion of cheesy chips!!! ops
toot toot is that the wagon rolling past without me again!!!!
5 of us went to the local pub n i had 4 pints of becks Vier ( No idea on points) was my 2 mates n their fella and i always feel down n depressed as the only single one, and its not like they are lovely dovey n all over each other but i get this lump in my throat n feel miserable. it was quite a nice night really, we laughed chatted got food, but i felt like the spare, the token singleton n it makes me miserable, tomorrow my friend asked if me n the other girl wanted to go out for lunch n now its me my mates their fellas n my mates kid, so i still won't be able to talk to them how i feel when we go out, part of me want to stay home but why should i miss seeing my mates cos i'm single n they don't go out without there OHs!?!!?!?!?!?!!?
