Disheartened and Disapointed

With myself!!!

Once again as you may have gathered from my lack of posts that i've been off track and big time!!!

i got to that mile stone of 2.5stone lost then promptly gained 4lbs then lost 1.5lbs then gained another 1lb! TBH i'm surprised i've not put it all back on!

i NEED to get my head in gear,  but with birthdays, generally not being in the mood and feeling constantly hungry has kept me off track!!!

I am my own worst enemy!!!!


I went out for a lovely meal last night shame it wasn't very diet friendly but saying that it was worth every calorie and ounce of saturated fat!!!!

We didn't have any bread which prob helped! nat is also on a diet and she's not eating,bread,  cheese, cream, butter, bread, rice or pasta. not exactly helpful when we're going for Tapas but a big help to me!

 we still had loads and we had the nicest sangria in the whole wide world!!

the restaurant is relish-dining at the Grotton in Grotton strangely enough!!!here is the menu!

We had :

• ROAST DUCK BREAST TERIYAKI STYLE WITH ORANGE AND CORIANDER SALAD
• BAKED EGGS FLAMENCA WITH CHORIZO, PEPPERS, ONIONS AND TOMATO SAUCE
• OUR OWN RECIPE MEATBALLS IN A RICH TOMATO SAUCE
• CAJUN CHICKEN SKEWERS WITH SOUR CREAM DIP
• SAUTEED KING PRAWNS IN GARLIC AND CHILLI TOMATO SAUCE

• DEEP FRIED POTATOES WITH SPICY TOMATO SAUCE TOPPED WITH CHEESE

• CREAMY GARLIC MUSHROOMS
• TOMATO BASIL AND MOZZARELLA SALAD
•   PORTION OF CHIPS AND A DIP 

The only thing i wasn't struck on was the baked eggs. but i hate peas and not a big fan of Chorizo,(nats choice) and we only got the chips cos laura wanted them! 


I need to get my head in gear. i was looking through some old pics on facebook a couple of days ago and found one that should inspire me and i even printed it off and i found it in my bag as i was looking for the topic i'd bought from the canteen!! ops!!

It has the potential to be a lovely photo if only i had a neck!!! i also kidded myself a lot this week, i really wanted to take will power home from SW but the girl who borrowed him didn't bring him back so i tool this other beanie into work called courage and i was determined he would help but he didn't have quite the menacing glare that will power has!!!

Head back in gear 11 wi's til Egypt!
