Krakow Here we come again

i week today and i'll be off to Krakow again. i just hope its as good this time round. 4

last time i went with 5 mates this time i'm with my mum.

sounds daft that even thought i'm gonna be doing the same trips i'm really excited about it. i'm sure i've said all this before but i am sooooooo excited

we're gonna get out money changed tomorrow and i've got clothes chucked into my case just need to do the basics and charge my camera


i checked us in online tonight so all we have to do is got straight to security!!! wooo


The diet has been going better. still not 100% back on track but am following SW principals again!!!! on Wednesday i didn't stop eating all day, i had something on the hour every hour til about 3pm!!! but it was all free food so allowed

next week wanna have more GREEN days. then when we're in Poland it'll be all read.


even after the beer walk i managed to lose ½lb, i just hope its not all caught up with me this week.

i've only got 3.5lbs to get my 10% if i don't blow it at weekend this is potentially in reach. i set a mini goal of 1lb and i'll be gutted if i don't get that!

i re-measure myself yesterday and i haven't lost anymore inches still 42-44.5-49!!! boooo

My dad bought the Wii Active last week and i've tried the 30day programme done it 3x so far but missed the last 2 days!! ops not a great start but its really hard work but not too hard if you know what i mean. defo worth a try. i want the wii walky pedometer thing but its very expensive at the mo, will wait and see if it comes down in price.


well big bro is back and i can say although i watched the opening show and i wached the 1st eviction and tonights eviction i really don't know whats going on with it. but i love stuff like little brother and big mouth just got it on. i will prob get into it once a few more go

i will say i'm glad that one went she was so irritating!!! when she said she wasn't bothered if she was up n if she stayed she'd know the public lover her!!! moron!!! (BTW thats my word of the week!!!)
